Please make sure that you are well hydrated before your session.
Try not to eat at least 2 hours before class.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.
During your intro month, we will provide your yoga mat and towel, on the house!

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early so we can show you around and you can get comfortable in the space.
For the safety of you and others in the hot room, no late entry is permitted. Doors are locked at the start of class!
No glass bottles in the yoga studio.

Come ready to learn and let go of judgments! Everyone was a beginner at some point! Our instructors will give you step-by-step instructions so that you can relax and let go.
As a new student, we encourage you to set up in the middle or back of class so that you can watch others around you.
Coming regularly will show results faster!

On the Mindbody Mobile App: Login to your account, tap on the person icon in the bottom right corner and in the schedule section you’ll see ‘Upcoming’ classes. Find the class and tap ‘Cancel.’ Please cancel.
